It’s been a tough and unprecedented year, but we are delighted to say our dealership is now fully open for COVID-secure sales, test drives, servicing, MOTs and repairs.

In person and online, there is now a variety of ways you can engage with us. Visit our COVID-secure showroom and forecourt, book a test drive appointment, arrange a virtual appointment to chat to us remotely or simply give us a call on 01206 652 655.

We are also pleased to offer virtual tours of any vehicles you are interested in, and the option of click-and-collect or home delivery.

You can be rest-assured that your safety remains our priority, and we have taken every measure to ensure that we can offer you a safe and welcoming experience when you visit.

KYS - Protective

1. Protective Equipment

PPE is worn by all of our colleagues according to their role. All customer-facing staff wear protective equipment which includes face masks. When driving any vehicle, seat covers are used to protect the upholstery, and all our staff are provided with hand sanitising gel and cleansing wipes.

2. Social Distancing

For the safety of our customers and colleagues, a 2-metre distancing policy is operational in all our businesses. It is at the discretion of our customers if they choose to wear a face covering when visiting us. Our colleagues will continue to wear face masks during any interactions with you.

3. Service Appointments

There is clear advice and signage around the dealership to help guide you to the service team. Floor tape is in place to help mark safe areas and Perspex screening is in place on our service desks and reception team desks for both colleague and customer protection. In our workshops, a safe distance of 2-metres between technicians is maintained and Perspex screens are installed between bays where necessary.

4. Sanitisation

We have a rigorous overnight cleaning and sanitisation process, and all facilities are regularly sanitised throughout the day.

Sanitisation stations are installed across all areas of the business and plastic wipe-clean envelopes are used for the safe transfer of keys and documentation.

5. Vehicle Sanitisation

All showroom display vehicles are regularly sanitised throughout the day and all test drive/service loan vehicles are fully sanitised before and after use.

This includes:

• Steering wheel, indicator and paddles

• Interior and exterior door handles

• Touchpoints such as dashboard, gear lever, lights and navigation levers

6. Buying Remotely

You can, of course, simply decide to buy a new or used Mercedes-Benz from any of our sites, from the comfort of your own home.

We can respond to your enquiries by Live Chat, email, video appointments, virtual demos and by telephone.  We can also offer home delivery and click-and-collect services to suit your needs.
